Woman Gives Birth Hours After Getting Shot

A woman gave birth only hours after being shot in the Oxford Circle section of Philadelphia. The woman’s neighbor, who family members said had been in an ongoing feud with the victim, was arrested. NBC10’s Brandon Hudson obtained a video of the victim with her newborn daughter. He also spoke with the victim’s mother.
