Woman Dies as Driver Fleeing Police Crashes Into Car in Delaware County

NBC10’s Miguel Martinez-Valle has new details about a deadly crash in Glenolden, Pennsylvania, early Thursday. Police say the driver was fleeing two previous traffic stops, his three young children in the car, when he crashed into another car, killing a woman.
