Woman Critically Injured in Street Race Crash

A woman was critically injured and will likely have her leg amputated after she was struck by an out of control car during a street race in Philadelphia over the weekend. As police search for the driver, NBC10’s Matt DeLucia speaks with two men who say they regularly attend the races.
