Woman Arrested for Stealing Holiday Tips

It’s a holiday tradition to leave a tip for nannies, hair stylists, and others who go the extra mile for you. But a Delaware County woman was arrested for stealing tips left outside people’s Main Line homes for trash collectors, according to police. NBC10’s Claudia Rivero talked to a resident who says he witnesses the crime.
