Woman Accused of Carjacking Two Cars, Hitting and Killing Man

A woman is accused of carjacking two cars — both with people in them — and riding through New Castle County, causing several crashes. She is also accused of hitting and killing a pedestrian. NBC10’s Brian Sheehan reports.
