Wind-Swept Fire Guts Delaware Apartment Complex, Displaces Dozens

About two dozen units at the Village of Barrett’s Run apartments in Newark, New Castle County, burned Monday night. The wind-swept fire left three firefighters hurt, at least 52 people displaced and $1 million in damage. NBC10’s Randy Gyllenhaal reports.
