Wilmington Tenants Forced to Leave Condemned Building

Tenants in Wilmington apartments were forced to leave their homes after the building they were living in was condemned. NBC10’s Leah Uko spoke with residents who have been temporarily housed in shelters and a private hotel after they say their landlord failed to help them relocate.
