Wilmington Deals With Fight Over Firefighter Work Schedule

A firefighter fight over work schedules is playing out in Wilmington, Delaware. Firefighters in the city currently work 24 hours and then get 72 hours off. But a new proposal would only give firefighters 48 hours rest. NBC10’s Tim Furlong looks at the potential impact the proposal would have on the community.
