Wilmington and Del. want to extend popular Riverwalk trail to make it easier to access

The state of Delaware and the city of Wilmington say they want to triple the length of the city’s very popular Riverwalk that currently isn’t very accessible for people trying to get in and out of it. NBC10’s Tim Furlong has more on the proposal and how the state plans to pay for it.
