City Council President, Darrell Clarke announced that the city council will hold its own investigation to find out what happened at 22nd & Market St. The deadly building collapse is shedding light on the city’s lack of standards for demolition contractors which is the reason why NBC10’s Deanna Durante wants the answer to one specific question.
