Why Are Food Truck Propane Tanks Still Not Inspected?

Seven months ago City Council promised to have local officials inspect food trucks in the wake of a giant explosion killing a mother and her daughter, but no inspections have been conducted. NBC10’s Harry Hairston investigates as to what is taking so long.
