NJ state police are working to add more diversity to their ranks amid nationwide recruitment issues

While recruitment remains a challenge among all law enforcement agencies nationwide, New Jersey State Police recruiters are working to add more diversity to their police ranks. As of now 72% of all sworn in members of state troopers are white men. NBC10’s Ted Greenberg has how they are expanding their reach to target other demographics.
