Woman to Serve Up Free Lunches Again

Chester County’s Angela Prattis used to feed children in need from her home but due to a zoning issue the program was in jeopardy. Thanks to a compromise, she is continuing the summer lunch program by utilizing a tent across the street from her home. NBC10’s Katy Zachry reports.
