‘We will keep fighting': Residents vow to push back as FDR Park makeover moves forward

A major makeover of FDR Park in South Philadelphia is moving forward despite a lawsuit that had initially put the plan on pause. However residents in the area are still vowing to keep fighting. NBC10’s Miguel Martinez-Valle has the story.
