Water Main Break Floods the Streets of Philly

Residents in the 2100 block of 4th Street in North Philadelphia woke up to flooded roadways and some homes had flooded basements after a water main sent water gushing through the neighborhood. The Water Department was on the scene cleaning up the mess.
