Warrant Approved for Backhoe Operator

An arrest warrant has been approved for the backhoe operator involved in Wednesday’s deadly building collapse in Center City. He’ll face charges including 6-counts of involuntary manslaughter. NBC10’s Nefertiti Jaquez talked to him on the phone.
