Police are searching for a man accused of recording an upskirt video of a woman inside a Walmart store in Burlington Township, New Jersey.

On Friday, June 28, police responded to the Walmart on Rt. 541 for a report of an invasion of privacy incident. A woman told them an unidentified man bent down next to her and began recording on his cellphone under her dress.
Surveillance video captured the incident.

“You see the female is in the aisle,” Burlington Township Police Lt. James Sullivan said. “She’s got a long sundress on. The male suspect leans down, bends down and you see him reach under her skirt with his phone in his hand.”

The woman said she felt something on her leg and then confronted the man who left the store. The woman walked away to find a store employee. The man was gone by the time police arrived.

The suspect is described as a man with a light goatee wearing a Memphis Grizzlies NBA hat.
