VP Announces Cancer Research is Close to Breakthrough

Vice President Joe Biden says the world of cancer research is close to phenomenal breakthroughs, and he was in Philadelphia Friday to launch his initiative to break down the barriers that are holding back progress in fighting the disease. NBC10’s Randy Gyllenhaal reports with more on this.
