Volunteers to Count New Jersey Homeless in 7 Counties

Volunteers in seven New Jersey counties will brave freezing temperatures in an effort to count the homeless.

Volunteers in seven of New Jersey's 21 counties will face biting cold as they try to count the number of people who are homeless.

They plan to canvass parks, streets and shelters Wednesday night and Thursday morning.

The counts will take place in Atlantic, Burlington, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Somerset and Union counties.
