Violent Halloween Night, Residents Ready to Leave the City

At least three people were killed while four others were hurt in five separate shootings across Philadelphia on Monday as many neighbors and children celebrated Halloween. NBC10’s Cydney Long has the latest on the shootings and speaks with frustrated residents.
