Investigation: Workers Lose Benefits in Junk Mail Snafu

Some New Jersey state workers had their health benefits hijacked — completely taken away — because they tossed out a critical benefits form that looked like junk mail. The NBC10 Investigators stepped in because this seemed, well, just wrong.
