Video Shows Emergency Crews Ripping Roof Off Car After Driver Rear-Ended SEPTA Bus

NBC10’s Randy Gyllenhaal reports from the Montgomery County side of City Avenue after a driver slammed into the back of a SEPTA bus overnight. NBC10’s cameras captured the driver being rescued after crews cut the roof off.
