U.S. Marshals Shoot and Kill Suspect

Federal marshals shot and killed a suspect while serving a warrant on Monday morning in Philadelphia’s Oxford Circle neighborhood. NBC10’s Tim Furlong has the latest on what the agents were doing there before the gunfire.
