Two Teens Charged With Stealing an SUV With Children Inside in Chester

A nine-month-old baby and six-year-old child were found safe after two teens stole an SUV while they were inside, according to police. Lonette Jackson, who found the children sleeping in the stolen SUV said, “I’m a blessing. I don’t look at it as a hero. I just think I was at the right place, at the right time”.
