Two Cases of Indecent Exposure on Popular Trail

Police received two calls of indecent exposure on the Schuylkill River Trail on Saturday. First, just before 7:30 a.m., a man riding his bike saw a man, exposed, laying on the ground engaging in a lewd act alone in plain view. Officers responded and arrested 34-year-old Salin Smalley. Less than 20 minutes later, police got another call from a woman who says she saw another man with his pants down engaging in a lewd act. Police responded, but that suspect fled.
