Twins Hospitalized After Crash

A brother and sister were hit by a car while riding their bikes in North Philadelphia. Witnesses tell NBC10 that the driver tried to leave the scene of the accident, but neighbors restrained him until police arrived. NBC10’s Claudia Rivero reports from outside St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children where the twins are being treated.
