Trial Begins for Former Philly SWAT Officer Accused of Pepper Spraying Protesters on I-676

Former Philadelphia SWAT officer Richard Nicolleti pleaded not guilty in court Tuesday afternoon, claiming he was following his training protocol when prosecutors say he pepper sprayed protesters on I-676 nearly three years ago.
