Trees Cut, Neighbors Annoyed Along Garden State Parkway

The New Jersey Turnpike Authority says trees along a 34-mile stretch of the Garden State Parkway in Atlantic, Burlington and Ocean counties were removed to prepare for a major road widening project. But neighbors are angry by the noise and sight from the busy highway and a possible drop in property values.
