Trayvon Martin's Mother to Speak in Philly

The mother of the slain Florida teen will speak in at the National Urban League annual conference in Philadelphia. Sybrina Fulton, is scheduled to speak at noon today. She supports an investigation into whether her son’s killer could be charged under federal civil rights laws. NBC10’s Jesse Gary has the story.
