Transit Agency Tries to Speed Up SEPTA Slowdown

The plan for SEPTA to fix dozens of cars pulled out of service will take several more weeks. NBC10’s Randy Gyllenhaal attended a hearing Tuesday where he listened to SEPTA’s long term plan to deal with all of their defective cars.
