Man Dies After Being Hit While Sitting Outside His Home

A man in his 70s sitting outside his home in Trainer, Delaware County was struck and killed by a neighbor in a utility truck, who then ran into the woods to get away. NBC10’s Claudia Rivero reports the man eventually surrendered to police.
