Trailer fire shuts down Tacony-Palmyra Bridge

A trailer fire sent plumes of black smoke into the air and shut down the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge in Northeast Philadelphia and South Jersey on Sunday. The bridge later reopened. NBC10’s Claudia Vargas has reactions from witnesses.
