Cleanup of Chemicals at South Philadelphia Refinery Continues

Officials said they have neutralized 340,000 pounds of hydrofluoric acid at the Philadelphia Energy Solutions oil refinery, which went up in flames earlier this year. However, more of the chemical remains at the site.
