Top L&I Official Reassigned

The Nutter Administration has reassigned the top official in Philadelphia’s Licenses and Inspections pending an investigation. Scott Mulderig, L&I’s second in command, has been reassigned as officials look into his oversight of new demolition regulations imposed after the Center City building collapse that killed six people in 2013.
