Toddler Shot in Fight Between Tow Truck Drivers

A 3-year-old was shot in the leg during what Philadelphia police said was an argument between a pair of tow truck drivers in the Port Richmond neighborhood early Sunday morning. NBC10’s Lauren Winfrey reports.
