Thomas Jefferson University unveils newly designed mascot ahead of playoffs

Thomas Jefferson University unveiled their newly designed mascot “Phil the Ram.” Phil made a triumphant return after being on hiatus for a few months. He came back just in time to send off the university’s men’s and women’s basketball teams who are both headed to the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference playoffs.
