Third Man Charged in Deadly Beating Outside of Pat's Steaks in South Philly

A third man has been charged in a deadly beating outside an iconic Philadelphia cheese steak shop. The 32 year old is facing murder and assault charges after he turned himself in to police Sunday night. NBC10’s Deanna Durante has more from police headquarters.
