Thieves Try to Steal From Mentally Challenged Man: Cops

Two people are accused of trying to steal thousands of dollars from a mentally challenged man. Investigators say the suspects told the 64-year old victim he owed them eight thousand dollars for washing the siding of his home. NBC10’s Ted Greenberg reports.
