Thieves Grab Mail and Cash Small Checks for Big Bucks

Thieves in Chester County, Pennsylvania, are grabbing mail when no one is watching and then cashing small checks for big bucks, police said. NBC10’s Deanna Durante shows us how the culprits are getting away with the scheme.
