Hoax Victim Arrested for Outstanding Warrants

Airplane hoax victim Chris Shell was arrested on outstanding warrants once his plane landed in Dallas on Thursday. This raised the question as to why he wasn’t held in Philadelphia when he was in custody. NBC10’s Aditi Roy explains why.
