Department of Transportation Pushes for Positive Train Control

Some experts say Positive Train Control may have prevented the deadly Amtrak derailment in 2015 in which eight people were killed and more than 200 injured. Now there’s a new push to implement the potentially life-saving tool on railroads and commuter trains. NBC10 investigative reporter Mitch Blacher has the details.
