The Beach Comes to Philly

Eakins Oval on the Ben Franklin Parkway will look more like the Jersey Shore than a patch of grass in front of the Art Museum as the city transforms the Oval into a temporary beach with sand, a boardwalk, over-sized games and more. NBC10’s Jesse Gary reports.
