Teens Dies After Shooting, Cops Say Could Be Mistaken ID

A 16-year-old boy died Thursday morning after he was shot Wednesday night outside a West Philadelphia corner store. On Thursday NBC10’s Monique Braxton reports that homicide detectives were trying to figure out what happened.
