Teens Throw Rocks at Vehicles on I-95

SkyForce10 was over a damaged vehicle on I-95 Wednesday night after teens on a SEPTA platform threw rocks at moving cars. At least one teen was taken into custody. Fortunately there were no reported injuries. NBC10’s Keith Jones has the details.
