Teenager Wins Seat on School Board in South Jersey

Nicholas Seppy, a sophomore political science major at Stockton University, easily won a seat on the Egg Harbor school board, promising to bring a fresh voice. NBC10’s Ted Greenberg spoke with the 19-year-old about his plans for the board.
