Teen Taggers Mess Up Del. Landmark; Caught on Tape

Suburban teens in Delaware are hopping in mom or dad’s car and getting their thrills by defacing property and police say their last stunt went too far. UPDATE: Police arrested two teens on Friday and charged each with multiple graffiti-related charges. No names were released for either boy.
