Teen's Body Found in Apartment Fire

Investigators are looking for the person responsible for the death of 17-year-old Kevin Allen. On Tuesday night, firefighters found Allen’s body in his father’s burning Chester County apartment, according to officials. NBC10’s Deanna Durante reports on the homicide investigation.
