Teen Arrested for SEPTA Shooting

Police say they have arrested Shawn Walker, 18, for shooting and robbing a SEPTA rider on Sunday night. According to investigators Walker is also responsible for robbing Espinal Grocery at 16th and Lehigh on Friday night. NBC10’s Monique Braxton reports.
