Teen Woman Shot, Killed & Man Hurt

Philadelphia Police search for a man who they say opened fire inside a Holme Circle house striking an 18-year-old in the head and a 23-year-old in the stomach. The teenage female died while the young man remains in critical condition. NBC10’s Jesse Gary reports.
