Teen Surrenders to Face Murder Charges in Shooting of 14-Year-Old Boy

Police say a 19-year-old man surrendered to face charges in the murder of 14-year-old Ian Wilsey. The Northeast High School freshman was gunned down last week in Mayfair. NBC10 has the latest.
